All orders are processed prior to shipment.
Processing Times
In-Stock Bundle Orders:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and shipped the following business day.
Out-of-Stock Bundle Orders:
If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 3–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom Unit Orders:
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, as each unit is carefully constructed and customized.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timing may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Remote delivery locations
Bi’LuxeHair is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays once the package has been transferred to USPS.
