Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Bi’LuxeHair does not offer refunds or standard exchanges. However, in rare circumstances, we may review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at biluxehair@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product (including packaging)
  • A detailed explanation of the concern

If your request is approved for review, the item must be:

  • Unaltered
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact

Approved items must be shipped back within 48 hours of authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, a replacement product will be issued. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Bi’LuxeHair is not responsible for items that have been brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored, chemically altered, or otherwise modified.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
